    Input Devices: The Thread

Mice! I became interested in "premium" mice long before I became interested in high-quality keyboards. Again, I used to stick to the generic and OEM stuff, occasionally flirting with trackball mice and the like, but around 2004/2005 I become interested in the flashier side of computer mice...

    Input Devices: The Thread

Keyboards and mice aren't given nearly enough attention when most people decide to choose a computer or build their own. Honestly, it's how you interface with your shiny box, so this is important stuff. What are the devices you love, the devices you hate? Do you enjoy minimalism, ergonomics...

    Mafia 2

I enjoyed the game right up to the ending, and after that ending I never want to play the game again. Ever. Mafia II can go to hell.

MCA and gameplay footage on G4 TV

I don't see a diagonal walking animation, god damn it. Still, looks vastly improved from Fallout 3. I'm looking forward to the final product, since I'm past bemoaning the death of the franchise as I knew it. Also, a lot of the VATS kills make the fallen enemies pull a limbo maneuver.

My Adventures In Tamriel or TVD Plays TES Consecutively

From what I can recall all kinds of bad stuff happens in Morrowind after the game. Like the Ministry of Truth - the floating prison in Vivec - comes crashing down with all of its original momentum (once having been a moon or meteor or something) once Vivec himself disappeared and it was no...

My Adventures In Tamriel or TVD Plays TES Consecutively

I have to say that I'm genuinely surprised with the amount of TES love in this thread. Not that I mind. After all, I think the series is mostly good, and had a great time romping about in Morrowind, did enjoy (but never completed) Arena and Daggerfall, and... Well, I liked Oblivion until the...

The Obligatory "What are you listening to" Thread

Thank you. Music is my favorite kind of music. For the curious (and a fair bit of masturbation on my part), my collection is 170GB in size, composed of 30,509 songs across 198 discographies and 41 game/movie series soundtracks, all meticulously tagged and organized, mostly encoded in V2 VBR...

Dragon Age II: now more like Mass Effect 2

Can't say that I really care. The combat in DA:O bored me and the different origins all lead to (mostly) the same dredge anyways.

    More Fallout: New Vegas Screenshots

Nice to see that we can dress up as Howdy Doody. The graphics seem better than those in FO3, but are still quite lacking. Then again, the only thing I'm really concerned about graphically is if they've implemented diagonal walking animations.

    Fallout: New Vegas E3 Trailer

While this trailer is little besides PEW PEW KABOOM ACTION, I'm not put off because that's what trailers typically are. They're equivalent to soundbites; meant to make an impression and sell you something with the minimal amount of time required. It's quite different than, say, a video...
