This looks quite good. I am especially liking the gun/customization porn. The "Stalker"-ish nature is what makes me excited the most. Hopefully, they won't end up like most of these "survival" games, that don't even make it out of Early Access.

No, you can jump pretty much freely now. There are even some secret areas that are usually/only acessible by jumping over some obstacles that block the way below etc.
