    If everything is unzipped and you still can't see them, then you've unzipped the files to the wrong place. Check your file path, you've probably got an extra core folder in there e.g. fallout tactics\core\core\entities.

    Try the WW2 multiplayer mod, they changed virtually everything. By comparing their files to the core game you should be able to work out what you need to change.

    That tutorial is very old, adding computer controlled enemies to a multiplayer map will cause the game to go out of sync. As Izual says the closest thing would be co-op, with one player acting controlling the horde.
