Agreed with above, INT and AGI are the more important stats, as INT gives you more skillpoints per level, and AGI gives more AP for battles.

Aren't we going offtopic at the moment? I myself rarely pick the Mysterious Stranger perk, since I tend to have a good enough party for when the REAL fighting starts. It is good to have if going for solo stuff, but I just don't like being alone in the Wastelands.

Never save in combats, really. Using one saveslot is to be asking for trouble, and saving in combat tends to corrupt the savefiles, so sadly there's only him/herself to blame. Learn by trial and error, the hard way. Done that myself numerous times, it does work.

Just noticed that when using Gamma Gulp on Lenny (the new skin), he says "Error" in green text once, and no effect from the drink occurs. Sadly overwrote that savefile, but it should be repeatable (only tried once so far).

Whenever my enemies misfire a burstweapon or rocketlauncher, hit and exterminate a majority of their own numbers while barely hitting me for anything worth mentioning. Always finding that hilarious. I have yet to play a game as stupid though, might have to check that out someday.

Small Energy Cells, otherwise correct. My theory would also fit in with the energy powering some servos to increase the punchability of the hand/weapon, but as to figure out exactly how that works is beyond me.

Groinshots are always funny and should always be in Fallout games (heck, if you can't knock them out by targetting their heads, the second option tends to be the best).

Hi res comes with the RP, the others I'm not certain about.

It is randomized, I've seen both SF armourvendors sell various amounts of power armour (usually between 1-3, but as many as 4-5 at times) somewhat early and at times depending on your cashlevel (seeing as I run around with gambling as perk, I get loads of cash rather early and thus equip my NPCs...

GoG I got no knowledge about sadly, I just know bits from what I've experienced in the RP (which is quite fun as well). With the RP you can change your characters a bit, from hairstyles to genders (if finding a special location ingame). Sorry that I can't aid much with the other mod.
