As my armored vault suit, it'd be easy enough to make that for an NPC, but a lot of time and resources to making it for the PC. Good luck, though.

Unpack the .dat files to a directory of your choice and then use frm animator to open them. Save as another frame and it will save all the animation frames as .bmp files, which can be opened by just about everything.

I've used mspaint, but for the amount of editing required for real work, photoshop or other advanced program is recommended. It's impossible to darken the skin of the vault dweller sprites in paint... Still, it's easy enough to play around with using any image editing program. Here's a link...

What would be the goal with this? Isn't it already covered in that a character with high endurance has more hitpoints, so damage against them has less impact than it would a character with low endurance and, thus, lowered max hitpoints? Just seems cruel to doubly screw over a low en character...
