    Fallout 1/2 for blinds

Hi, I translated the email we received from one blind person who wish to play Fallout games (not Fallout 3) and he asked me to post it in here, as this is probably only place where to ask for help and someone will be able to answer or help him. I will re-send all responses to Vojtěch.

Fallout 2 mod Fallout 2: Weapons Redone v2.3

No, as far as I know, this mod has been made primarily for RP 1.2. Doesn't need to be compatible with 2.0.

    New Fallout 2 World Map

Interesting, but I would still prefer original solid green circles. The towns look great, it is big improvement.

Fallout 2 restoration project - modding problems

I can assure you that 90% of desert looks like on my photo. I drove through California, Nevada and part of Arizona and Utah so I have no problem with Pixote's grass changes, it looks great (I don't like those ugly red rugs, but it is a different story ). The photo was taken in May 2008 on...

Hi-Res Patches for Fallout1&2 & the BIS Mapper

What size of monitor are you using? This resolution is best for 19" monitors. If you have a smaller monitor go for smaller resolution.

Fallout 2 mod FO2 Engine Tweaks (Sfall)

I think the same. Saving every time you exit the map is too much and will tempt the player exit the map before every hard decision :? ------ By the way, when you talking about autosaving. I think that save system in Fallout is a bit obsolete and should be updated. I just read complain...

Killap releases Fallout 2 Restoration Project 2.0

Sorry mate, last try. If you using dx9 mode, you have to have settings like this. Check the ini files manually: ddraw.ini f2_res.ini You can use 16bit but only if you did set Mode=0 in ddraw.ini. I never use 16bit anyway. Try default mode as well: ddraw.ini f2_res.ini...

Killap releases Fallout 2 Restoration Project 2.0

You don't need to install it again. Just create folder Fallout 2 somewhere (not Program Files), copy FALLOUT2.EXE, master.dat and critter dat into the new folder and run installer, find the folder you created and install RP2.0 into that folder. That is it.
