    Non Combat Resolution Prevalence?

If you stick to mostly the main quest, you might not have to kill anything at all, or at least almost nothing, especially if you go with the Yes-Man ending. You can supplement that with a bunch of the non-combat quests (which are plenty) and you will still probably end up on a pretty decent...

The verdict on Caesar's Legion (minor early-game spoilers)?

I agree Yes-Man or House is the best choice for a non-pyscho evil character, but I think Caesar's Legion is a viable choice for an good, idealist type character, assuming you can buy into Caesar's idea of synthesis with the NCR. Caesar himself admits the Legion is a bunch of ignorant savages...

Has anyone else killed Caesar yet? With their own gun?

If you can stealth kill the gate guard that takes your stuff you can leave and come back and you'll keep your gear. I was able to stealth kill him by using a stealth boy, stealing one of this spears and throwing it at him, getting a sneak critical killing him in one hit. From there I was...

    Good, Neutral, Evil.

You pretty much have to play as a complete mass murdering sociopath to be evil in most games. In the games with karma systems you usually can murder plenty of innocent people and still be "good" as long you kill some bad people to balance it out; would like to see someone try that defense in...

Did you "screwed up" on your first playthrough?

I created an 4 INT and gifted character my first playing FO1, he was gifted physically, but had no skill points ever, damn did he suck. My second character had 10int and 10luk, found the Alien Blaster fairly early and was pretty much cruised though the game despite playing as badly as possible.

    Your favorite protaginist?

    1. Vault Dweller 2. Courier 3. Chosen One 4. Warrior 5. Lone Wanderer The vault dweller is the original and made it all possible. I like how much of a clean slate Courier is at the start and how much they can grow as the game progress. The Chosen One is cool but the background feels...

    arcade gannon **character spoilers**

Morrigan won't romance a female either. Although I don't think they were meant to be, the Dragon Age sex scenes are pretty funny, especially if you're playing a bald, female dwarf. Generally the"romances" are generally anything but romantic (maybe Alistair and female human noble might make a...

    arcade gannon **character spoilers**

If you dress up Arcade in reinforced metal armor and the police officers cap, he starts to look pretty fabulous. I agree the Arcade and Veronica are well done characters though. I definitely don't miss companion romances, they always come off as too forced.

    Direction of New Vegas' DLC

Given the game's western style, I wouldn't a DLC that maybe included Mexico. Raul could be involved, would give him a chance to do more. Maybe a trip south down the Colorado. If they increased the level cap, they could also increase the skill caps from 100%, and add new doors, computers...

Fallout: New Vegas reviews roundup #6

Do none of these reviewers know how to use the auto-save feature? The default configuration has it save everytime you fast travel, rest, or load a new area. My game crashes a decent amount (but not significantly more Fallout 3 which these same reviewers love), but the auto-save runs so often...

Inside the Vault and Metro 2033 deal

I don't run and around and explore as much in New Vegas because the rest of the game is actually good, unlike Fallout 3, where running around exploring was pretty much the best thing that game had to offer; its not that exploring was better in that game, more that the rest of it was much worse.

Things we learned from Fallout 3

    314. At some point, the Washington Monument, famous for being the worlds largest free standing masonry structure was torn down and then rebuilt in the same spot this time using a metal framework.
