Yes. If you have NO children in the game, then unzip the UK.zip too. But if you have children in the game then just ignore the uk.zip file. Yes, just overwrite everything and you're all set. Enjoy. :)

In Fallout 1 it is way too easy to aim-shoot-hit enemies in the eyes. And if I recall it right, wasn't there some sort of an ammunition problem/bug/issue in Fallout 1 also? The .223 pistol is THE best weapon in the game. Well maybe not the best weapon, but the best pistol. I have never got...

Wow Lord! You are ( were :P ) one dedicated player. I think I have almost bought game guides for UFO: Enemy Unknown and Terror from the Deep. And that was like in 92-95. Those games were soooooo addictive. And I still like them. But they were also quite difficult/challenging.
