    Lonesome Road Talk (obviously spoilers)

My understanding was that the replica ED-E had a complete databank unlike the damaged original ED-E - if you remember the endings ED-E can eventually "remember" his original objective and fly to Navarro - and as such had all of the encryption and hacking tools that Whitley was wasting his time...

    The Untapped Wastes...

Yeah, I can't even play the mods - console user unfortunately - but the number of them I've seen that just feature a huge room full of tables with every single gun and ammo is just unbelievable; the first thing to look out for is the Nuka-Cola fridge, having multiple of those is the l33t badge...

Why mainstream Science doesn't accept Atlantis theories

I believe that there are more sources that Plato, people think that there are many candidates for what he likely meant anyway. I watched an excellent documentry before about a city in the Southern Spainish mudflats that did seem extraordinarily well versed and connected. I cannot remember...

Did you get it then Jock?

    Lonesome Road Talk (obviously spoilers)

Come now, you honestly believe that the NCR wouldn't use nuclear weapons and not even as a last resort? By 2281, if they could literally press a button and make the Legion go away I have no doubt that they would. It's taking the easy way out, the NCR is getting into trouble and the next thing...

    Lonesome Road Talk (obviously spoilers)

An Eyebot as a remote launch unit? Doesn't sound realistic, I believe that Ulysses needed ED-E's ability to hack consoles - which Whitley mentions in his logs - for him to bypass the pre-war encryptions; we are talking about launching a nuclear missile after all and unlike Ashton - who's lanuch...

    Lonesome Road Talk (obviously spoilers)

What I don't understand is what happened to the Big Mountain tie-in? Some of his in-game logs mention the machines that raked the Divide with lighting and such. What happened to this plot point?

    Lonesome Road Talk (obviously spoilers)

I don't recall it being said as being of Enclave design, rather that it had Old World symbols on it - presumably government/military so I guess it is Enclave. Speak to ED-E in the pod that he's in after getting captured, he says that Ulysess's merely took control of his systems by making him...

    Lonesome Road Talk (obviously spoilers)

The Courier didn't deliver any parcel from Navarro, rather if you free ED-E it is explained that Ulysess over-road his systems and made him think that he had found Navarro where Ulysess was.

    Lonesome Road Talk (obviously spoilers)

Does he? In OWB we see Securitrons being made at Big Mountain and Dr Zero imitates a quote from House, something like "We can make Securitrons better than Big Mountain."

Things we learned from Fallout 3

Only cause they had too, Bethesda stills calls all major canon-related aspects of NV - like not adding anymore Power Armour in OWB and not setting Vegas before 2277. As far as I am concerned the existance of the Remnants and their story of Navarro is what was originally intended.

Things we learned from Fallout 3

Bethesda didn't allow the Enclave to just die with Navarro - like they were supposed too. As drained of creativity as they are they simply resurrected them.

Things we learned from Fallout 3

Not only does that refer only to Richardson but it's also contradicted by the fact that the NCR is led by a President. They said nothing in Fallout 2 about the Enclave's fate though I believe it's more than obvious that the Remnants we see in Vegas are pretty much what was going to happen...

Things we learned from New Vegas

They removed Kaiser from the german localisation? I mean I guess I know why but context surely?

Things we learned from Fallout 3

It's not a story, it's canonically what happened according to Bethesda. Not really, Navarro for one thing. So what? You expect their to be some large Enclave presence in the Divide? I find that highly unlikely and illogical. Whilst I do expect some mention of them I certainly don't...

Things we learned from Fallout 3

Except that we know they are not, Augustus Autumn's father led the majority of the surviving Enclave from Navarro to Raven Rock either directly on Eden's orders or following some previous directive from the Richardson administration. We know this, this is fact. Unless you are suggesting that...

    Lonesome Road speculation

I remember Bergman saying that the decisions of Lonesome Road would have an actual in-game affect to part of the Mojave.

Things we learned from Fallout 3

Yeah, because the Enclave is completely guided by semantics and tradition right? Raven Rock: Built for Continuity of Government. Capitol Building - because the White House is a crater: Lacks any sustainable sources of water, food, Vertibird maintainence and storage, laboratory facilities...

    Fallout 3 and NV

Here's what I always think when someone says this... There's an authority on what is fun now? A game reviewer is just one of us with an actual audience. Ultimately it's entirely irrelevant how fun or otherwise Fallout 3 was, a lot of flack was at it's huge change in gameplay and it's...
