FO3 did a lot of things right, but weapon repair was just a tad bit tedious. I really just wanted to kill shit without worrying about some useless mechanic that didn't really do much.

To be more specific on the definition, "loss of substantial features". Do all those features make a Fallout game? Karma is still there, with a fresh coat of paint. Skills are perks now, another coat of paint. The ability to be evil is still there, so.. Special and skills affecting dialogue...
