Bethesda vs Interplay: Bethesda drops appeal

Never, ever trust what Fry has to say. His posts are more along the line of wishful thinking and hopeful expectations that real facts. As I experienced with my own Interplay lawsuit, he will make up facts to fabricate a palatable future.

    DotCorp invests in Interplay

All three french companies I've worked for has gone above and beyond the call to lie, cheat, and swindle Americans. Dotcorp is just more corrupt frogs. I suspect a big scam. However, every single company (Bethesda, Glutton Creeper, Majorem, Atari, Bioware, just to list a few) who belived...

More details from same Interplay vs Bethesda filings

Again, I wonder if somebody at Beth is now beginning to regret pulling Herve from the jaws of involuntary bankruptcy.

Interplay wins preliminary injunction hearing, really

They are not, in fact, at least in California and Illinois, it is rather easy.

    Interplay claims court lacks jurisdiction

I wonder if Beth regrets saving Herve from bankruptcy.

    Interplay hiring, court filings

I'm sorry orionquest, but your ramblings of societal structure, Alpha brain washing waves, closed loop ecosystem, military industrial complex, and corporate military industrial/financial machine in a discussion about interplay and Bethesda make you sound like a brain dead lunatic with a tin...

Interplay did not win preliminary injunction hearing

Like I said in another post, frymuchan often posts his wishful desires and opinions as fact. I remember my own courtcase against IPLY. Fry constantly posted all sorts of things as "FACT" when they were so far from the truth it wasn't funny. I couldn't say anything until the case settled.

Interplay SEC filing on court filing

Sawyer offering the player a "staggering amount of choices." Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahah Well, that gave me my laugh of the day.

Interplay SEC filing on court filing

No loss there. The two questions I have are, IF froggy-boy manages to weasil out, and the deal reverts, what happens to the 6 million beth paid out to keep her from going involutary bankrupt? Money that was for ownership of Fallout? Are they out that money? And, more importantly, do...

    Interplay v Bethesda court filings

I've been around long enough that I've made contacts at several game companies. Before the ink was dry on the first draft of the Beth deal, a few of us who had friends and contacts at Beth, wrote letters to our friends warning of them of what to expect. I would have rather had Herve forced...

    Interplay v Bethesda court filings

I don't consider frymuchan a reliable source of information on IPLY. Too much of it is wishful fulfillment. He's got a long history of stating things as fact when they are not; claiming his opinion is truth. Only believe what you read in court documents. That being said, I warned Bethesda...

Interplay rejects our reality and substitutes its own

Judging from past experiences . . . Herve won't have a real stratgety. "Zeez stupee Americahns, I own ze Fallout, no?" He'll fume and wheedle, claiming the lawsuit more than what it appears, if that. He'll beg for more time, file some extension requests, and hope he can get his FO:OL project of...

Interplay rejects our reality and substitutes its own

I stand by my view and assessment of Herve. NOBODY was going to invest in his project(s). Beth knew this. His history and business acumen precludes the foolish french frog from doing anything other than sitting behind a desk chortling about his greatness to his own reflection.

Interplay rejects our reality and substitutes its own

Beth gave to him in 2 million installments, and all of it went to pay off lawsuits - that was part of the Beth contract. He had to clear up his legal issues with their money. In fact, he owed Bioware more than 2 million, and they wanted all of it, which he didn't have and Beth wouldn't give...

Interplay rejects our reality and substitutes its own

Those of us who know Herve expected this. We commented about Herve screwed every business partner and bankrupting all his own companies. We scratched our heads in bewilderment as to the brain dead morons who would work with Herve, much less give him money, or invest in his crackpot ideas...

    Bethesda-Interplay lawsuit details

The real question is, Did Beth pony up the 6 million to keep Herve from going under in 07, knowing he'd fail at some clause in their agreement, and they could have all of Fallout for that small sum (gamewize speaking). Or, were they stupid morons and thought that crooked frog wouldn't...

Interplay done for, Bethesda sues, Defonten creates

We all knew this was coming. Come on, just look at Herve track record. Question is, I wonder if Beth is regretting bailing him out of involuntary bankruptcy?
