Sorry about the double-post - just an update. I started a couple of new games, and this particular glitch seems pretty consistent. So, on my game at least, Tandi never gets kidnapped. Aw, well. I can still find her at the Khan camp anways, so perhaps if I rescue her I can still get the XP.

I'd say I play in 3rd person about 80% of the time, actually. I like showing off my well-made characters.

A brand-new game with balls-out difficulty is Castlevania: Order of Ecclesia for the DS. Some of today's best games is being made for that thing. And worst, I guess.

Nope, it's vanilla. I found her at the Raider camp in her cell...but she was dead. I had to unlock the cell door, so I don't know who killed her or how. Recommend any patches?
