    Gamasutra interviews Emil Pagliarulo

The sheer business brilliance of it is amazing. For the same price instead of producing a full expansion taking over a whole year to develop they can pump out less stuff in 4 months and charge the same amount as what an expansion would cost. I bet the suits are sitting there in their ivory...

Atari signs Fallout 3 for Australia, quest pack rumblings

If Australia is getting a disk for the dlc then good. I wouldn't touch Games for Windows Die with a 10 foot rusty pole.

A new Fallout game... by Obsidian?

As to whether it will be a first person shooter like #3 or a turn-based hex game like #1 and 2 depends on whether Bethesda is trying to market it to the same crowd they marketed #3 to. There's also the next Elderscrolls game that is rumoured to come out in 2010 which would be aimed at the same...

Things we learned from Fallout 3

    155. Trading centres of the wasteland consist of four people, a kid, and a few brahmin.

    The Pitt: Still Broken

GTS San Andreas was broken for us. When we got to the part where you have to stop Mad Dog from jumping off the building he would always jump before you got there in time. That bug occured for quite a few people as I recall from searching the internet.

Bethesda 'Working on Lots of DLC'

Perhaps this means we'll get more patches that do nothing but add trophies while numerous major bugs created by the 1.1 patch two months ago continue to go unaddressed.

The Pitt DLC released, only not

A better idea would be to bet on what will be wrong, since it's kind of assured that something will be.

Mad Max 4 Will be an Animated Movie

Western sensibilities? What does that even mean.

Plus it makes you feel better doing it. You can't deny it.

    Fallout 3 DLC interviews

Gee Jeff, I think you kind of skipped over the part where Games for Windows Live caused a huge hassle for masses of people (if they were allowed to download it at all since Games for Windows Live is only supported in about 17 countries worldwide). Meanwhile the pirates as usual got it with no...

    Jeff Gardiner and Anchorage screenshots

None of them played Mask of the Betrayer either, if you wanted me to say that as well.

    Jeff Gardiner and Anchorage screenshots

The only reason they are raising the level cap is because so many people on their forums complained about it. Of course most of those complaining about it are Oblvion fans so the fact that it will make their characters into an even more master-of-all-trades character doesn't bother them. A lot...

    Fallout 3 reviews round-up #86

I laughed. Hype is one of Bethesda's primary products. They probably spent more money on the advertising budget than they did on the entire quest design staff.

Gotta love google translated reviews. They are usually more accurate than most mainstream ones.

    Thursday Modding Update

While there are certainly mods that will attempt to move the game closer to how Fallout was originally you have to remember that a lot of the new modders for Fallout 3 will actually be modding to make it more like Oblivion. Well maybe not 'more like Oblivion' in that they will be dumbing the...

UGO interviews Jeff Gardiner on DLC

As 4too said, looks like Bethsoft will be selling god-mode come February. When you already 19 perks in game plus a couple of quest perks, and have the potential to get 6-7 skills at 100%, plus bobbleheads to boost all your SPECIAL stats and skills as well, do you really still need to increase...

Fallout 3 GotY: GameFocus GotY, RPGotY, and more

http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Fallout_3_bugs Seems like they are trying to make classic into as big a weasel word as epic, immersive, and innovative. How can a game be a classic when it was released a couple of months ago. A classic is something that has stood the test of time and so is...

    Emil Pagliarulo makes Top Deck

Well...It's first person and real-time. I mean...everyone knows that those are the hallmarks of progress.

    Fallout 3 reviews round-up #64

That catchphrase is starting to get seriously grating. It's as annoying as a political catchphrase like 'cut and run'.
