    Fallout 3 Hands-On #14

Even as someone with a generally positive outlook on F3, the effusive AGZ opening paragraph made me roll my eyes and involuntarily say "Ohh god.." I know it was kind of a setup for the next line but still.

    Fallout 3 Hands-On #13

I asked for any evidence that "Bethesda made it pretty clear they didn't like modders" and all you have is vague recollections of a general feeling you got a while ago. Contrariwise to that are multiple sections of the BSGF dedicated to mods and modding, posts on the BethBlog dedicated to...

    Fallout 3 Hands-On #13

Alright since my previous post just saying you were full of shit was removed, here is something a little more substantial. The BethBlog was started June 29th, 2007 and has since it's inception posted 104 articles on modding including interviews with modders and mod showcases. EDIT: I...

    Fallout 3 Hands-On #13

BEHOLD THE HORRIFYING LOCKED CONTENT! Barbie doll nudity ohh no! As for the violence thing, there is a mutilated zombie before you even finish character creation. I'm more willing to believe that the ESRB just screwed up and realized it should have been M all along and used the nudity as...

Can you actually provide links for that shit you posted? Because that's not really how I remember things going down.

    Gry-OnLine video interview with Todd

Well "primarily dialogue-focused" doesn't mean there won't be those setpieces. I would say that the towns in FO were "primarily dialogue-focused" too. Were there any non gratuitous violent bits in Shady Sands for instance?

Ask me your questions, Bridgekeeper. I am not afraid.

CanardPC also claimed that all the music was bombastic orchestral stuff and that turned out to be wrong too. You can hear the non radio music in this video and unless they think orchestral means the use of any instruments at all I dont really see where they are coming from.

Yeah and you can see in the videos that FO3 still has the 8 cardinal dpad directions/keyboard 1-8 bind menu. I'm not sure what you think makes this inferior to 2 quickslots.

    Good interview. "arglebargle" = more

You take the time to call the interviewer ditsy, which I didn't really see, but don't mention the nausea inducing editing?

Ask me your questions, Bridgekeeper. I am not afraid.

The Medicine skill seems to affect the power/duration of all chems, including stimpaks. Also we know that having a high medical skill will allow you new dialogue options.(the megaton doctor will discuss a patient's medical history with you) We'll have to see if there is anything else to the...

    Fallout 3 Hands-On #12

Don't be ridiculous, even among Fallout fans we are the exception. Most people aren't going to read every single article and the people writing them aren't going to tell them to read the competition's stuff. This leads to most articles covering the same ground and to Bethesda staggering the...

    More European hands-on previews

Well Bethesda did tour with their older demos for what, like six months? A stable build can sometimes be a pain in the ass to nail down while you are still working on it.

    Fallout 3 Hands-On #12

Ohhh here is something interesting. I went to check the previews TotalPlaystation did before this and noticed they were done by Sam Bishop. I'm not 100% sure but it seems likely it was the same Sam Bishop who posted this on a different forum. So positive impressions in a non preview format...

And if you are talking about my post you can use it if you wish. I just wish we had better shots of the helmet where the lower jaw area is obscured by his hand and a good side view.

Well this is hampered by the lack of any large full body art assets for the APA but I'll try to show you what I mean. The first thing is the eyes. The FOT eyes are very narrow and angry looking. The FO3 eyes are more bulbous and insect like the F2 APA. Next the armor over the mouth on...

Fallout 3 DLCs to offer KoN-level content

You know I heard all of this before when the Oblivion CS didn't make it on to the disc. I expect they are just covering their asses incase a critical bug makes it into the final game and they have to put off fixing up the CS to keep the game from beaming space aids into people's eyes.

Don't have Insider but I did pull a slightly clearer pic of the Advanced Power Armor out of the better quality streaming video. Todd Howard identified it as the power armor from FO2 so I think this is just their version of it. Aside from the tubes being changed to little aerial looking...

So what, you think he ran across a post apoc bookstore and just neglected to mention it?

I gotta say I'm not sure how this works... Was he critiquing the writing based on the raider's taunts?
