I'm never there long enough for any much, if any respawning. I just go in and, minus a few trips back to the sink to sell some items and heal, I just work in a circle and clear it out. I'd be surprised if I'm in the Big MT for more than 36 hours game world time.

With Skyrim being what it is I started another NV playthrough over the weekend and was surprised to discover something new: Cliff Briscoe picks his nose! He actually has an animation of picking his nose nose then looking at his finger. Hilarious.

I found the Nightingale questline quite good up until the selling your soul bit to Nocturnal. There isn't even an option to say "No". Your only option is "Yes, I'm ready". Rather weak and further proof (as if we needed any) that this is not an rpg.

It's different for everyone. I have almost no performance issues. BS quest-breaking bugs that Bethesda will never fix but no serious performance issues. This is my second playthrough, I'm level 68, have a 14MB save file and no frame rate drops or freezes at all since the latest patch.
