There should be a way to enter it by finding a map in Sam Pritchard's grave in Golgotha but this was never implemented. Maybe I'll fix it someday. The only way to enter SAD is to get the location from Wright and no, you cannot get the best ending after this. :(

There is no known use for it. Rumor has it that it was intended to improve your chances of hacking the firewall in the vat computer or something.

You should choose melee. There are just few weapons like the power fist, brass knuckless and so on using the unarmed skill. I'm now playing as Narg (the melee dude) and I use cattle prods, spears, knifes and other that kind of weapons. There are just more of them than the unarmed ones.

Maybe you need to turn on the roof before saving?
