I had similar problems once in Junktown. Every time I had got Gizmos confession on tape and I left the area to go to Killian's the camera got stuck in the second area. I could move, but the camera didn't move. It took few loadings before it got fixed.

I can't understand why can't they show us some real in-game footage insted of some 20 seconds clips which show only destruction and a character? It's just that I'd rather watch how the game really works, not some planned cutscenes / w/e. I won't judge the game before I've played it, but...
