    Dead Island

A little off topic, but, Rogue Surviver http://roguesurvivor.blogspot.com/ is one of the games that comes closest to real survival. If you can get past the graphics and the controls, it's a barrel of monkeys.

    Bethesda suing Notch

Maybe people will confuse Notch's "Scrolls" for "The Elder Scrolls VI: Scrolls"

    Bethesda suing Notch

Even worse: "I am going to read absolutely nothing about this title before i buy it, even when it explains with a very short text what the game is about! I am still going to love this masterpiece made by Notch, which is obviously another word for Bethesda in a rich alien language they created!"

X-Com being made into an FPS (Again?)

Exactly. But the commentators have a point. At least Fallout 3 used identifiable elements from the previous games. They were very lazy and pointless, but at least they were there. XCOM looks very alien to the franchise :drummer: And i like the enemies, even if i don't expect them to be used...

Unsurprisingly, Duke Nukem Forever reviews are negative

The game feels rather cheap and not worthy of the title "Forever". It has some interesting ideas, but in the end, they don't hold water.

New Skyrim's E3 demo looking quite...

I hope they add the ability to pick up poop and throw it. If they don't, Duke Nukem Forever will win the GOTY edition :V

What are the requirements for "Game of the Year"?

GOTY is just another way to say that it's a Bethesda game.

New Skyrim's E3 demo looking quite...

Only one? Pfff... That's Mario level of enemies. The main character must be a man!

New Skyrim's E3 demo looking quite...

Not with Bethesda. A character who can't do everything like a master is underpowered and unfair and hardcore and unbalanced and... :V

Interplay financials: Fallout Online in doubt

Can't really say that i'm surprised by the news. :wtf: Also, is it weird that after i got Fallout New Vegas i don't care about the MMO Fallout anymore?

An open letter to Obsidian Entertainment

Or, a better idea, drop the DLCs as a whole and get back to expansion. I know it's not going to happen because of financial problems, but if you get to a point where you need to sell parts of a game just to stay in business, you might as well just put on your coat and developer hat and look for...

An open letter to Obsidian Entertainment

Blasphemy! Bethesda games aren't buggy or glitchy! They have a unique game style, innovative and smarter then man programing and hilarious easter eggs! The peasants just can't understand! :monocle:

An open letter to Obsidian Entertainment

This sounds more like whining to me then anything else. It's sad, but in a company nothing will changes until someone gets fired.

Fallout and Fallout 3 win in the Smithsonian videogames poll

Awww, Fallout is written under Bethesda Softworks. :/

Stumping in the wasteland: On the politics of Fallout

I think The New California Republic is a pretty cool group. Eh tries to protect their citizens from raiders and slavers alike and doesn't afraid of anything.

Pardon the cliché, but that's why we can't have nice things.

    Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim announced

Because they wondered: - "Hmmm, what is the most generic thing we can put in a fantasy game? Wait... Of course!" They are just getting prepared for the best game ever made: TES VI: Saving the princess from the dragon. Hey, Nintendo did it.
