I've looked around and can't find anything. IrfanViewer &Paint.net don't have an option to save to FRM. If anyone can point me to something that will convert PNG/BMP etc. to FRM I would like to use new images for new items I made in F2wedit. Thank you :)

So Phobos2077 gave me a very solid explanation, if anyone else just happens to be interested; This works perfectly. I will probably be adding a few more weapons, maybe ammo to be crafted alongside my new pipe rifle recipe.
