no but sfall saves the perks already selected and 'GL_Perk_Per,int' determines # of perks per level,if u didnt deleted it u would have the behavior u described

I Donno what to say,you can tweak damage in the damage.ini file,up the one sthat are low and reduce the ones that are high would it be better if individual weapons were tweakable?i can do that if ppl want it

ur sure u have those files in the right locations? fo2\damage.ini fo2\data\scripts\hs_combatdamage.int ? edit: upload ur fo2\damage.ini fo2\data\scripts\hs_combatdamage.int and ill check them edit : download this and unzip it to ur fallout 2\ folder then check

ok def the customperks then,try this debug versions and post what "damage before macro " is and also "damage after macro " when it hits for 0 damage unzip this 7z file into \fo2\data\scripts
