Like I said, it's a Solo PnP RPG. To see how long the AI could take me before being incoherent. Now there quite few PnP RPG that offer Solo run, like the recent One Ring 2nd Edition and newest DnD. Heck DnD even supposedly got an AI GM before it got dumbed down.- eissa

Another point is that the core of Victoria 3 is about the transformation of subsistence economy into industrial economy fueled with steam or electricity. Lots of cool stuff if you replace the coal with Fallout Fusion Core, for instance. I can't say the same with HoI4's OWB.- eissa
