No it's not because of the engine and all combat mechanics are based around turn base, you could play FOnline it uses the artwork from fallout but...
The Marcus issue is fixed easily in game all that is needed done is to dismiss all followers then pick him up, Abbey wasn't too much of a problem...
These reasons are why i stay away from the script, it's interesting to see interaction but in some maps such as the den residential it causes crashes
