I'm liking the look of Victoria 2 at the minute, i've always preferred early modern and medieval to other eras in the timeline. The steep learning curve will just add to the replay-ability of the game as I learn more about it, although there is one thing that i'm curious about, can you slow down...

I just looked up the Crusader Kings II, and I love those sorts of games, like total war, but I think I like the look of this more than total war.

I agree with The Courier that the crossbow is indeed a complex weapon, does take time to reload, and is really (really) hard to make bolts that are straight enough to actually work in a post-apoc crossbow. But, a weapon skill limit doesn't really stop you from using a gun, so the crossbow could...

I understand that it's a children's show, but Doctor Who used to be able to pull off a darker episode than normal rather well (most of the time), but now the writer's attempts at creating a darker episode tend not to fall on my pallet as well as the others. Woo, 800th post.
