I use a mix of both modes in tactics, but once you level yoir team up or recruit people with higher gun skills it becomes easiest to leave them on auto shoot unless sneaking. Damn shame they didnt better flesh it out, annoying as fuck that bunkers dont resupply, makes getting higher end ammo...

Amazon and bethesda just dgaf about consistent storytelling. And the show is gona be its own thing seperate from bethesdas storyline much less the prime timeline. If you go into the show with that frame of mind, you have a chance to enjoy it.
