Hello First, sorry if this is an oft asked question or otherwise easily answered; my search-fu skills are coming up short. I want to make some edits to armors via f2wedit, but from what I gather, that will only affect the actual wearable armors, not say, that Enclave soldier wearing Adv PA...

Outside of the Small Frame trait, is there any way to lower your maximum carry weight? I looked at FALCHE but it says it's not compatible with the RP. I want a more "realistic" feel for carry weight, and prefer not to take Small Frame since there are other traits I want. Thanks!

So hopefully the title says it all. It's been along time since I played through either Fallout to a level high enough to get either of these perks. I don't recall them being usable with melee weapons, though maybe I'm mistaken. I have Killaps Restoration Mod for FO2 and TeamX 1.3.5 for FO1...
