Yeah, I definitely feal for that. FO4 really spat in the face of the fallout series and shows that Beth really doesn't care about fallout. At least Arkane and Id are still gold.

Hopefully we will get a new obsidian fallout, and maybe we will get luck with Chris Avalon coming back on the obsidian team. Finger crossed

Not really surprising, Sony never seemed to keen on the idea of user made mods on their console from the start. Maybe it will change but I wouldn't hold your breath.
