weird, i swear it was getting rid of radiation in food, but i guess i was wrong :(

hello, question i have the food sanitizer and my pipboy says 0 rads but when i eat food it says +1 rads i check my condition and i see my rads going up what is going on? has anyone had this happen to them? thank you
