They will release a DLC involving aliens (space or not) and you can be sure we will get some Alien Power Armor and a new alien fusion core. They may release an Enclave related DLC, and if they do, the lazy minutemen quest will be expanded, or Liberty Prime will be upgraded, again. Don't hope...
