So, i'm playing Fallout 3 right now and i understand that the Special attributes max out at 10. However i would like to change this for personal reasons and i want them cap at 15, but i cannot find ANY mod that does this and it's driving me nuts. How can something that's so simple is not...

Is there a comprehensive list of all checks found in Fallout 1 and 2, and their dedicated mods Et Tu and RPU? I want to experience the whole game and get the right stats to have all the dialogue options available and know when to pop the right drugs. Any help is appreaciated.
