When I loaded my game I realized that every person was gone! I can't see them, I can't talk to them but once in a while I can see them talking. What should I do?

Sounds to me like your savegame is corrupted. Load another gameslot, or reinstall the game. By the way, did you patch the game?

I patched game just a moment ago but now all my savegames are unusable!!!!!!!

Of course they are.
You need to use the savegame converter to make them work again.
