12 ga. rubber bullets

While reading a recently download stats sheet ( from http://game.kharkov.ua:9020/ ) I found listed "12 ga. rubber bullets" with damage -100 and penetration -50. I have never found these and I was wondering if you could use them to kill kerr 'mercifully' pherhaps...

I don't think they ever show up in the SP game. I guess you'd have to make a test map to experiment with them. They sound limited with the existing stats.
