Yah, when I first got that gun I was like "Oh boy, a .22 pistol, what a great improvement over Ralphie's BB gun."

Then I ripped a Deathclaw in half with it and just ended up giving my SMG to Ian.

Anyways, It's nothing like the .223 gun in the game unless it fires .223 rifle ammunition. Technically, the .223 is a super-modified rifle.

Pistol rifles are unique in how accurate they are not. Make any rifle short enough and it will qualify as a pistol. Not a lot of legal bs actually.

Yes this is a legal pistol in the United States. six inch barrel and all.
