3D - Skins for Fallout Characters

First time out of the vault
Hello there, I recently stumbled across a beta of stalker and want to try to create (a) model(s) for it. Fallout models that is.
Now I remember ther is at least one Half-Life 1 mod that had skins of vault dwellers but can't remember the name.
please name or link any game/mod that has 3d models with fallout-topiced skins! tanks!

The mod you're thinking of was called Wasteland Half Life (later The Wastes). Good luck finding it because the old sites and team have long disbanded. You might be able to find some old betas in the fileplanet archives.
