3rd mission: can you help me?

in the 3rd mission there is a main gate and a half-broken fence (at the east part of the map). The main gate is protected by many well-armed raider.

Is there a way to pass from that half-broken fence? If you help me I'll be glad thanks

I take it you didn't go through tutorial..

the fence, you crouch and go under it
or, you can just walk around it

and the main gate is kinda of easy, I had 3 chars standing there with hunting rifle in CTB, raiders come from both side and front, but they never reach me..
