A post-apocalyptic tale based on a novella by Harlan Ellison. A boy communicates telepathically with his dog as they scavenge for food and sex, and they stumble into an underground society where the old society is preserved.

If you don't know why this is relevant, you don't know shit about Fallout.

I bought the DVD a long time ago & return to it every few years. Certainly worth seeing, though somewhat disappointing that it did not fulfill its full potential.
