a bug with car trunk

How to fix this bug?

After I bought the car from Smitty, (the car is still standing at junkyard) I came to the Denbus2.map, and near the church found car trunk.

I thought this was fixed a decade ago.

*Wait... not quite; you say the car is still at Smitty's? The trunk was infamous for not arriving with you after the drive... but this I've not encountered before.

Yes, I just delivered the car item to Smitty and paid money for car, now it's mine, but I did not drive this car before.
I know, the problem is with script. But I don't know, which one.
