Hey, I'm thinking about buying Fallout Tactics, but I have a question or two that I can't seem to get a diffinitive answer on.

-In the Single Player game, can you ever get other Species (Mutants, Ghouls, etc.) on your squad?

-I've read about how you can play as everything from Robots to Dogs in the multiplayer mode, but does the multiplayer include some sort of single-player thing, like a Skirmish mode, where I can play, say, Deathclaws vs. AI-controlled Ghouls? Basically, what I want to know is if the single-player aspect of the game is over after you finish the campaign (short of replaying the campaign again.)

-Is there any way to pause the action and issue commands during a fire-fight in Real-time mode? (there wasn't in the demo but I thought they may have added that in a patch.)

Thanks for your help.

1. Yes, later in the game you can get mutants, ghouls, and a robot on your squad. With some custom missions, you can even play other races as your main character.

2. There isn't a singleplayer skirmish mode but there are plenty of very good user made maps out there and it isn't too difficult to make/modify your own with the editors.

3. No, you can't pause to issue commands. In most of the missions there isn't a constant assault on your team so you can take cover and reassess what your attack options are. Or you can retreat to a safer place. And of course you have the option to save and replay if you do get into a major ambush. It is tricky to get the hang of controlling your 6-man squad time in real time and it takes some practice. It is effective to spread out your squad instead of lumping them together.
