A few questions about the Fallout 2 editor.

I just downloaded the Fallout 2 editor.

How do I turn generic scenery into solid walls? Also, are there any power armour MK1 models in the critter category? I haven't been able to find any.

Incidentally, is it possible to make the player wear anything other than a vault suit or a tribal outfit (as default clothing, I mean)?

1. what do you mean by "scenery to solid walls"? To stop people from walking through them??
you have to put blocker hex's down..
they are scenery item number 66 and don't show up on the map unless you turn "tools -> toggle block obj view" on..

2. yes there are power armour MkI in the game.. the bos in san fransisco wore it remember?.. there is also the artwork for the helmet-less power armour in there too.. but no critters made with it... ( see making new proto's tutorial on my site.. )

3. i've no idea to be honest.. it should just be a case of re-naming the artwork for the new look to the names of the existing default gear..
 
doors just are.. put them in and then use them..

one exception to this is the vault 13 vault door, that only works with the door entry computer, and only on the vault 13 map number.. unless you edit it's prototype..

elevators are a lot harder... read the tutorial on my website.. it's easier than trying to esplain it here...
