A good Character

I wanted to know what I should have my Stats, traits, and skills to make a good character. I wanted a character with a good intelligence and perception but one that has a lot of strength. If anyone has some suggestions please share.

If you want that kind of character, then make that kind of character.
As has been said way too many times already, there is no perfect character. Almost every character is a viable, and good, option.

Look, just make a character in the vision of how you see the character. You said you wanted a high strength, perception and intelligence character, so make your character like that.

I'm pretty sure you can SEARCH the forum for a "good" build, without us having to go over this.

Look into the FO2 downloads section, and get Per's guide.

It goes quite deep into character creation etc, also mentioning what stats are not necessary to boost (like strength no higher than 7, you will get it higher later in the game very easily).
