Hey steam just patch NV again, anyone know what the fixes were?
Edit: I just found out "Preferences, quicksaves, and autosaves should behave normally. Cloud support currently disabled."

They've done at least 350MB worth of patches since Monday night before the game even came out. I noticed quick and autosaves working properly last night (8PM Eastern Time), but there was still no Cloud support so I have to use my Dropbox to back things up.
