Actually a misnomer...
Yup, that's the Cult of Personality MOD. This MOD doesn't do much until your character obtains the Cult of Personality perk. With this MOD, the Cult of Personality perk removes the Charisma limit on party members and does many things that the Infinite Party Members MOD doesn't do. You'll still need to obtain Level 12 and a Charisma of 10 to choose the perk though.
