I just saw Stuart Gordon's Dagon on SciFi this weekend. It's a very good Lovecraftian tale updated to make it somewhat modern. Decent special effects and well worth seeing. It was made in 2001 as a Spanish production but the version I saw was almost completely in english. They probably made two separate versions. I am going to try and hunt it down so I can see the uncut version.

Dagon was okay. Didn't really have too much in common with Lovecraft's story, if I remember correctly, but it was still okay.
