About Bonus Mission

I downloaded the mission off this site and installed it (I think, I just clicked "yes" when it asked) but how do you get to it in the game?

it'll appear after the BeastLord mission I think (you're in the second bunker). It's a Springfield location

Can I get it available even though I am at the end of the game (about to enter Cheyenne Mountain)?

I've been on mission 5 when I installed the game once again and I haven't received the quest also... looks like it must be installed before you start the game
