Where'd That 6th Toe Come From?
Wasteland Ghost made a post years ago where she posted a compressed file containing the restorations of mutant invasion and caravans, i found that thread but now the files cant be downloaded and there is no backup in the download's section here. Does anyone know of a place where those files can be downloaded?

Don't have the original files anymore, but it's all integrated in fixt and ettu.

you can find them and more here: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1FnhRxHCB6arj1NTYFUMhgmCu6fnDxtpq?usp=sharing

FO1RMp1v10b2.7z and FO1RPv10b1.7z are the two variants of Wasteland Ghost's F1 modding efforts, afaik.

The install order is:

First, install Fallout 1. No need to add any patches or fixes other than the ones below - 1.2.1 adds in children if they're missing from your game, and includes all the stuff from the official patches.

  • Team X 1.2.1 EN RC-1
  • Team X 1.3.5
  • [optional] NPC Mod for v1.3.5
  • [optional] No armor-changing for NPC mod
  • [optional] Wasteland Ghost RP mod (FO1RPv10b1), includes Invasion Mod plus more content. Cannot be installed with Wasteland Ghost's Invasion mod.
  • [optional] Wasteland Ghost invasion mod (FO1RMp1v10b2), doesn't contain part 2 in above's readme. Cannot be installed with Wasteland's RP mod.
  • Fallout High Resolution Patch 4.1.8.
  • sfall1_v1.7.20 -> no longer requires any CRC input, has some good QoL options like show weight, take all button, "friendly fire" perk enabled by default (a FO2 feature). Lots of good stuff.

You can download all of the above in a single zip, here.

There's also other good QoL modifications for F1 like animated containers, unique NPC appearances

I downloaded both packages and i noticed something interesting:

Beta 2 is actually Beta 1 and Beta 1 is Beta 2, you can see that looking at the readme inside the files as well as in the download size. Anyway, i wanted the downloads to upload them to sorcerers.net for preservation:

Thank you very much for the links to download. :ok:

Good catch! Although I always assumed that the 1.0 beta 2 was of part 1, whereas the 1.0 beta 1 was of the merged parts 1 and 2. i.e. part 1 went through multiple betas, and we only ever saw 1 beta for the completed restoration mod

Hehe, thanks. I hope Proletarian/somebody else will download/add the files here for preservation, i did some fixes in the package too:

1 - Fixed the typos/use of spaces in the readme.

2 - Renamed the package to something readable.

3 - Recompressed the files to see if it would reduce the size further. It didnt...

Edit: I'd add the package myself as i did on sorcerers.net but i cant do it.

two things are required in order to upload stuff to NMA:
-Modder status
-Lk>6

the base idea behind me getting the modder status was so that i could upload the upscaled Videos for fallouts and mods, ready to be played ingame.
So Toront asked Proletarian to give me modder status, however I'm still unable to upload theese.. lastly i settled on Dropbox, although for now further work is on hold.
