acclaim bought fallouts rights, atleast thats written in my game magazine.

So is this really true ?

First of all, I've never heard of such a thing.

Second of all, if your game mag said this, then can you at least tell us what magazine it is and when they said it?
 
the mag is called Power Unlimited it on page 21 in powerspy section I know. Its adutch mag and just got it today. A friend of mine told me the news.

"Acclaim bought the rights of the well known RTS serie Fallout. That could mean that there will be a 3th part of the serie that will see the day light"

sorry for crappy translation hope you understand it. I know the power unlimited didnt like Fallout that much. maybe thats why its false news ?
 
Thanks for the tip Oracle, but those are old news, that first showed up on an X-Box site and on FatBabies.

Here`s the newsbit i did back then.

The only thing that changed is that Interplay isn`t even talking to other companies now, since they`ve settled things with Vivendi, that got the distribution rights.

So those news are bogus, although something like that may happen one day.
