Add a Map shown only after a Critter dialog

Hey guys i have a question for a map i added, a enclave weapon testing ground.

The map works very well, but i want when you speak with e technician he says at you when you have enough intelligence, there is a testing ground and only then show it the map like navarro.

I know i must add this dialog line to him, but how can i make the map appears after talked to him?
 
Look at command.h and define.h for macros like this.
