Advice on guns

Hi!
I was wondering if I could get some advice on guns from those of you who like guns.

I am in Great Bend and have a party of two heavy weapons and 4 energy weapons. Everyone has weapon stats over 120. However I have gone to Cold Water first.

Brian is heavy weapons, in power armor with .50 cal and is blowing the crap out of robots. So if you are wondering what to use to kill Mr. Handy- Browning .50 cal does the job.

Ok questions- at this point which guns are best? I have
What is the best automatic rifles? I am between FAL and the Enfield. It seems to me the FAL packs a better punch but the Enfield is more accurate and a smaller spray (thus more damage).
M16 and A47?

Pistols and submachine guns- keep or dump?

Grenade launchers- keep or dump?

Melee weapons? Any use?

Heavy weapons it seems the avenger is useless, the vindactor is poor and the Browning kicks. But what about rockets- they seem hard to come by?

Weapons against robos- I am guessing stick with energy and heavy weapons. What about acid? Grenades?

the Ak 47 is technically the most powerful weapon, although by this level I was using acid sprayer ( f***ing lethal against everything) laser rifle x2, browning and pancor jackhammer with emp shells.
No pistol or submachine gun can do any damage worth talking about.
Grenade launchers are very powerful, but also very expensive and hard to find ( excepting reaver mission).
Melee weapons are of no use at all in any of these missions.
Rockets, even electric is not so good. Sabot rounds kick- but very rare.
Pulse grenades kill most things with one shot, exception- behemoths!

If you want to cheat to get more, all you have to do is take a car into the wastland, get out, drop what you want more of and exit onto the world map. DO NOT TAKE THE CAR! If you take the car onto the world map the frist time all your stuff will be lost. After you return to the world map go back to the car and pick your stuff. You can take the car this time if you want. When you get to the world map it will show the car still, even if you took it. Go back to the car. All your stuff will be on the ground again, and if you took the car there will now be two, the one you drove in and the duplicated one. After you drop stuff and leave, don't drop any more because it will be deleted

multiply cheat

Sorry, I made a mistake. It doesn't work if you take the car out and leave it there with stuff leing around it. You have to fid a special encounter and leave your stuff there. This only works the first time you arive at the encounter. You can multiply any item you want, even the cars.
