Aimed Shot question

I have a (few) question concerning aimed shots and whatnot.

1: What is the difference between a called shot and an aimed shot?

2: Is an uncalled(unaimed) shot and an aimed shot at the torso one and the same?

3: How/where are the percentages calculated for aimed shots?

I ask because of a weird mod Ive been experimenting with in my free time in which there is a new perk-type thing called "Desired Area" or something, where you get a +20 to all groin shots(some odd fetish, don't ask.)

1 - same thing different name
2- I 'think' the aimed shot will have a slightly higher chance of causing a critical hit. But then again maybe not.
3- If you are a member of the order you always go for the groin and get a bonus to hit there Sorry don't really know.
