All my combat skills went to 0.

First time out of the vault
Im playing Lonesome Road and I started to notice my character loss accuracy badly somewhere on the highway but cant realy tell when it happend. After launhing missle I achived level up and spend points and all skills was good in level-up-screen (but did not look at pipboy screen). Moment later after sliding down with elevator i opened skill tab and all violent skills are set to 0. What is the reason?
Also sleep measurer shows no need for sleep since Think Tank wich was my previous addon. I sleept couple times but nothing changed.
 
Huh. The sleep meter breaking in OWB is pretty common but I've never heard of skills breaking like that too. What platform are you playing on, PC Xbox or ps3?
 
PC, and I have to correct myself. The combat skills are gone when I get shooked up from Ulysses' flash bang at the the very first moment of last battle in Lonesome Road and there's an information about it. I 've missed that when I was playing for the first time, and it doesn't wear off. I've finished Honest Hearts with this and found that issue in the middle of Blood Money. I've found this backtracking my saves. I've tried sleeping, the autodoc and use all of the chemicals I got in my inventory - none of them works.
