Here it is what we were waiting for,all the info available on the Polish game beeing made by the Ground Zero team with the codename project Trinity:

When you finally leave your birth place your eyes will see a full 3d, high detailed and seen from a pseudo-isometric view world, which recesses you'll be able to sightsee thanks to the cameras rotation system. You'll be able to carefully plan your skirmish - for example thanks to zoom you will be able to recognize the enemy's weapon. There will be no problem with traveling across the ruins of the civilized, technologically advanced world. Player friendly and well planned interface will guarantee that. You will do whatever you want and whenever without unnecessary puzzles and reading instructions. Thanks to that you will fully concentrate on the virtual reality in which people have their needs, whims and obligations dictated by the desire to live. While traveling you'll often meet people searching for a better place to live. There will be no problem to join them by guaranteeing them protection for example. The world of Trinity will be fully to your disposition. You'll be able to travel across the whole map either on your legs or different vehicles. Speaking about the map it won't be only a collection of useless locations (like in Fallout - ubiquitous desert). You won't be seeing only cities but also forests, fields, ice canyons, mountains, rivers, towns, lonely dwellings, bunkers and a lot of other locations. Everything covered with snow and ice, because the temperature of the post-war Poland has lowered much.

Only in polish but soon also in english so check it out sometimes. There are also some stories placed in the world of Trinity that are beeing translated. PS. Krzysiek (aka j200) isn't from Trinity's team. He work for VDHP (so for me :-) ).
